Refund policy

We are unable to accept returns in our store unless the product is damaged upon receipt. This is because all our items are made by independent artists/businesses and payment is made to the an artist after purchase. If your purchase is damaged, you must contact us immediately (wanderstoreuk@gmail.com) with images of the item in original box and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
